I thought I knew how to protect my system from viruses but when I got one that none of my virus scan tools could remove I was worried that I would have to wipe my system. Justin was able to locate the infected files and remove them. Another time he was able to restore data from a hard drive that I couldn't get to read at all on my system. Justin is so GOSU!

My way of judging the quality of a service is how they respond to a problem. Justin worked on my computer and when we checked it seemed fine. Several weeks after I got it home I went to use Windows Media Player and there was a problem. I sent an email to Justin and within 15 minutes of sending the email it was fixed. That to me is 5-star service, He will be my computer guru.

Justin has helped me with my computers, networking and etc. he is great and if a problem comes up he is right there. I am excited as he just built me a computer can hardly wait to get my hands on it. I just got tired of all the bigger computer people and their promises that they dont live up to...Justin has built a few computers for the family and they are great...
